On My Bookings you can: 

No booking confirmation? Then please check your spam filter. Documents can get stuck there no matter which email client you are using.  Also check under the tab "My bookings."

We are receiving a lot of queries regarding the situation in China and the Coronavirus. We advise all passengers to firstly keep updated on the airline websites, if they allow any refund or changes. As a travel agency we have guidelines for numerous airlines, but far from all. 

Do not hesitate to contact us regarding your booking and we will do our absolute best to help. We might have longer answering times due to this and we want to thank you for your patience. If you have been to China and are traveling further, please contact the airline or embassy to confirm if you are allowed to travel to your final destination.
