How do I cancel my trip if I purchased Cancellation Protection?

Cancellation protection only applies if you have a medical certificate from one of our partners (Solid, XCover, Manulife). The certificate must be completed by a doctor and include the doctor’s name, contact telephone number and stamp. Please follow the instructions on the medical certificate.


Note that your cancellation must be made at least two hours before your outbound flight departs. You can cancel by email or telephone. If you do not cancel at least two hours before departure, you will not receive a refund. If you wish to cancel outside of our telephone times, please contact the airline directly.
