We recommend that you always have your passport with you when you are travelling. Depending on where you are travelling to, you may be refused boarding if you do not have valid travel documents; for example, your passport, visa and transit visa. Your travel documents must meet the requirements of both the country and the airline.

If you need a visa and/or to have vaccinations, it is your responsibility to obtain these.

Passport and visa

Make sure that you have a valid passport at the time you make the booking. If you need a visa for your final destination and, if necessary, a visa for stopovers/airport transfers, it is also your responsibility to obtain these. You will be responsible for any costs that may arise if you do not have valid documents with you.

You must have an approved entry permit (ESTA) and a machine-readable passport for all travel to and via the USA.

For all travel to/from Canada, all individuals without a visa must apply for eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization).

There are special requirements to have a booked return ticket when travelling to certain countries. You are responsible for checking this with the relevant embassy for the country and the airline concerned.

Vaccination

You are responsible for ensuring that you have full vaccinations and all other required formalities for travel to the country that the travellers are planning to visit. You must pay any costs that are connected with this.
